We are offering tourism businesses based across the North of Tyne region the opportunity to:

  • Understand your customer's current journey
  • Identify moments that matter
  • Have ideas to resolve any pain points
  • Create opportunities to enhance their visit

What can you expect?

Once you have registered and we have confirmed your eligibility, we will add you to the list of workshop attendees.

The three face-to-face workshops will be delivered at our offices in Stannington, near Morpeth, throughout March 2022;

Session One - Mapping your customer journey - Wednesday 2nd March

Prior to the workshops, we will undertake some research with customers of Northumberland accommodation providers. We will share these research insights with you, and then help you visualise your own customer's journey; From the moment your customer starts interacting with you, until after they have completed their experience.

Session Two - Understanding the bumps in the road - Wednesday 16th March

By being able to see this journey in a visual way, we will help you to notice any moments that can be improved. We’ll also help you to take advantage of the good experiences that your customers are having.

Session Three - Arriving at your destination - Wednesday 30th March

We’ll then work out some actions that you can take forward to implement and measure what has been discovered and designed during this process.
